Friday Inshore & Offshore Report

  • The New Seaforth had some nice Bass fishing action and some fun bottom fishing on today's AM Half Day Trip. These trips are great for both the experienced and beginner angler! Take advantage of possible light angler loads this week and book a trip on the New Seaforth today!

  • The Tribute finished their Overnight trip with 40 Yellowtail (LIMITS) for 8 anglers. Captain Tyler continues to see good sign of Bluefin but the schools were reluctant to bite during this trip. A 25-30 pound setup fished with a #2 hook & fluorocarbon leader is the preferred setup.

  • The San Diego ended their day with 3 Bluefin and 107 Yellowtail for 34 anglers. Yellowtail continues to be most consistent catch and a few Bluefin continue to be hooked per trip. A good volume Bluefin continues to be in local offshore waters and it is just a matter of time before they bite wide open! There are plenty of spots still available to fish on the San Diego this month! Bring your 25-30 pound Flyline setup & a 40 pound setup for casting small Colt Snipers (40-70g) type jigs or Flat Fall (100g) type jigs.

  • The Aztec called in an update of 26 Bluefin tuna onboard and 4 fish hanging for the first day of their 3 day trip. These Bluefin are weighing in between 30-80 pounds. Captain Greg continues to see great sign of biting fish offshore!
