Wiggin's Trading Post at Chilcoot, Calif. (530-993-4683): Bank fishing has been very good in the shallow areas. Try Crystal Point or Snallygaster. Use nightcrawlers and rainbow glitter Power Bait and keep your bait off the bottom. Lunker Point has also been good. Trollers continue to do well from Spring Creek through the Narrows up to the north end.
