Ice conditions have been very good, with ice ranging between 18 and 24 inches thick across the reservoir. Fishing has been very good with anglers catching rainbows in the 13- to 15-inch range using rainbow sparkle PowerBait or night crawlers with a bit of mini-marshmallow. A few anglers have reeled in 16- to 17-inch browns using mealworms.
