Jakes Creek is within six inches of spilling, is free of weeds and shore fishing is good for 9 to 14 inch trout. Surface water temps have are in the low 50’s and the water is fairly clear. The usual assortment of wooly buggers, hares ears, copper Johns and PT nymphs should all work. PowerBait, worms and small spinners should be used by spin fishermen.
