Water is Murky

Heavy runoff has made fishing problematic this past week. The water is murky. Ice conditions are good over most of the reservoir, but the south side is holding up a little better than the north side. Action for rainbow trout has been hit-and-miss. One angler limited out on rainbow trout while using rainbow PowerBait while other anglers found their luck a little on the tough side.
