We've had a couple reports from the West this past week, everyone has been saying that the water isn't super high but it is off color. We've had some rain and with the warmer weather there's a little snow melting and running downstream. If you still want to give the West a try I'd recommend some heavier nymphs like a prince or pheasant tail in a size 12 or 14 or maybe a bead head bugger in an 8 or 10, get them to the bottom and let them bump along down there.
