Water Conditions: Not much time left to fish Manzanita before it freezes up for the winter. Fishing should be starting to slow down as the weather cools off this weekend, but there's very few places more beautiful to fish.

Fishing Conditions & Hatches: We love to visit this high mountain gem! Damsels, Dragons, Midges, Caddis, Callibaetis, and terrestrials (ants/beetles) all can provide action! Expect callibaetis nymphs and midge pupa to be most productive here.

Flies: ?Ģ Midge Pupa?Į?Ģ Damsel Nymphs and Spent adults?Į?Ģ Callibaetis nymphs, emergers, and adults?Į?Ģ Elk Hair Caddis #14?Į?Ģ Leeches and buggers?Į?Ģ Profile BWO Spinner 18?Į?Ģ Flying Ants?Į?Ģ Small PT Nymphs?Į?Ģ Foam Beetles

The Fly Shop's Tips: ??As temperatures warm, look for good hatches of callibaetis mayflies and flying ants (actually, they're termites, but the fish don't care what we call them, they just like to eat them!)
