As of Thursday, this lake was ice free! Anglers have caught fish using PowerBait or worms and fly fishermen have had luck with disco balls, chironomids and hares ears. The trick is to not fish to far from shore as the fish are moving into the shallower warmer water and to use very small presentations. The county road is severely pot holed and rough.
