The Bass bite is on fire at Trout lake. Conner and his buddy Zac an I caught released over 100 Bass over this past weekend. Top action was on in the morning frogs and prop baits killed it. Once the sun hit the water it was baby brush hog time. Fishing the thick cover and ripping them out through weeds was the best way to get the Hogs. Lot of 2 to 5 pounder with the occasional 6 to 8 pounder. This is some of the best catch and release Bass action anywhere.
