Trout season is upon us!! We started stocking a couple weeks ago on 10/20/17. Lake level is currently 26ft from full and surface temp is at 59 deg. The launch ramp is still pavement but single lane. We are currently stocking from our trout farm that re-opened in April of this year, most trout are a 2lb average. We expect to continue stocking everyday M-F through the end of November if not longer!!, then will start planting every couple weeks. Early reports for the season from fisherman are that the Trout are basically anywhere between 10-20ft. White Power bait and Eggs seem to be doing the trick for the time. We have our annual Tagged Trout Derby starting after Thanksgiving. In other news, we have paved the entrance road to the lake!!!Don't forget to check us out on Facebook for more catches and details!
