Chinook and hatchery coho runs are pretty much over on the Nehalem. It’s a little early for steelhead in the main stem, but there should be a few fish showing up by after this rain. Anglers are reminded that there is NO wild coho retention in the rivers and bays this year, and that two rods are prohibited on all coastal rivers, tidewater, estuaries and bays.
