Shasta gave up some fat tasty Trout on Saturday. These quality fish taste great and put uo a great battle. Getting out early to beat the heat and smoke is best. Trolling deep from 50 to 100 feet with shad imitation lures has been working great. Lake traffic is pretty light due to the fire an smoke. The smoke is a bit rough at times but that it has not bothered the Trout nor their voracious appetite. Back at it tomorrow and Monday with more video and photos.
