Angler access is now open at Expo Pond after last week’s music festival. Fishing for bass and other warmwater fish should be fair to good, especially early or late in the day.
There are a number of ponds available here for anglers to walk to. The Southern Oregon RV Park developed by Jackson County offers parking in the lot to the right as you drive in Gate 5. A $4 day use fee to park applies here, or an annual parking permit can be purchased from Jackson County Parks Department.
