Streamer Action is on the Rise

The East is running at about 150 cfs right now and is still fishing pretty well.  The water is pretty green from the algae in the reservoir but the fish are still healthy and eating well. Caddis nymphs and small nymphs are still doing well, but the streamer action is on the rise, also, crawdad patterns are doing well.  There are still fish hanging out in the riffle water but with the cooler water temps some fish are starting to move back into the deeper pools.  We did get one report on some good dry/dropper action but this was an isolated report so this may not be too consistant.
