The Wilson bumped up 0.3 feet on Tuesday, but despite the drizzle fishing remained slow.  It will be back down at just over 4.25 feet by the weekend, which will be low and clear.  In addition, the weather is going back to blue sky and sunny.  All that aside, there are hatchery and wild fish available throughout the system. (catch-and-release only for wilds).
