Spring run-off is here and brings with it variable flow and stream temperatures. Flows in the Blitzen River near Page Springs campground 30 to 190 cfs March 18; however, with recent rain-on-snow flows will increase over the next week. Large streamers and other nypmhs work well on the Blitzen throughout the year. There are also various hatches that occur that anglers can take advantage of so keep a selection of dry flies handy.
