Davis has been fishing well for shore anglers and fly fishermen in the mornings before the fish seek the cooler water mid-day. Trollers are finding steady action throughout the day using lures or just fishing worms down deep on a bobber. For fly fishermen the damselfly nymphs are starting to show providing a fun hatch for anglers walking the flats.
RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Flys: Damselfly Nypmhs, Hexigenia, Callibaetis, Midges, Caddis. Lures: Needlefish, Apex, Rapalas, Flashers and a worm
