East Walker River

The East is down to its usual winter flows of about 20 cfs, this will probably stay that way at least until March 2020. The fishing down there has been pretty good lately, we haven’t had too many reports as the traffic is very light but the anglers we have spoken to have done very well. We’ve even had a couple good dry fly reports from down below the bridge which is pretty cool. Most of the action has been on nymphs but we’ve also had a few good streamer reports as well. With the lower flows you’ll need to be a bit more stealthy than usual down there, search out the deeper holes where the fish are hanging out and try to sneak up on them as best you can. 

Sceirine Ranch

We haven’t had anyone on the ranch lately but we have had some good reports from the Rosachi section in Nevada, this would indicate that the ranch section should be pretty good as well. When we get some clients on the water down there we’ll pass on the reports.Hunewill Pond

The pond is frozen for the time being, hopefully in late February or March it will thaw and we’ll get back at it.
