Green seiko and top water poppers’ are buzz for the bass bite. They are slow to bite and quick to release to set the hook. The water clarity is the best it has been all year and you can see down a good 15 feet to the bottom. Not seeing any small fish swimming on the banks right now. Brown grubs are working alright as well even for the crappie. Shiners are not permitted when alive and brought into the lake a hard lesson one angler had to learn this year.
