Tomorrow would have been the 43rd straight year that the Jones family would be eagerly anticipating welcoming our guests, our friends, and our family to another beautiful opening of fishing season at Silver Lake Resort. It breaks our heart that we will not be able to continue the tradition that we as a family have always worked so hard to provide.

Sometimes circumstances are out of our control and all good streaks must come to an end. We have been working diligently as a family the past 6 weeks in hopes that the 2020 season would begin. Since it will NOT begin tomorrow, know that we are ready to open as soon as we are allowed and it is safe. As we all know, fishing season has been postponed until June 1st here in Mono County. Overnight stays are also not allowed as long as the Stay at Home order remains, we hope this is lifted soon. We are just as disappointed as you are and hope to see you all soon.
