The lake is now open, and the ramps are available to use but all “facilities” are closed, meaning there are no restrooms, trash bins or docks. The Deschutes National Forest remains in “lock down” mode. So be aware that ramp access could still fluctuate. The initial fishing reports are good, with very active fish eating everything from Balances Leeches to midges. The water temp is still in the fifties, so fish remain to spread out.
