DONNER LAKE:
Donner Lake remains steady for fishing off shore with shore anglers using bait such as worms or powerbait, or lures such as kastmasters spinners and spoons. The boat ramp is open and boat traffic remains light. Trollers are finding steady action top lining for rainbows while the mackinaw bite has been hit or miss and the kokanee are too small for most anglers to spend much time on.

LAKE LEVEL: 88% Of Cap

RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Lures: Kastmasters, Rapalas, Large spoons and spinners. Bait: Floating Worms off bottom, Powerbait in chartreuse or salmon eggs.

BOCA:
Low and muddy is the theme at Boca as they plan to continue construction of the dam this Spring. It is currently fishing okay, however we are expecting the fishing to slow as water temps warm and fish seek the deeper water later this Spring. Launching a boat will be limited to offshore.

RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Kastmasters in gold, Spoons, Spinners, Worms or Powerbait.

STAMPEDE RESERVOIR:
The boat ramp at Stampede is open and trolling for kokanee has been fair, however, the size of the fish has been small with most topping out at 12”. Shore fishing has been good near the dam for trout and smallmouth bass, with trout being best in the mornings and smallmouth fishing picking up mid-day.

LAKE LEVEL: 85% Of Cap

RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Trolling: dodgers and hoochies in pink, humdingers, rapalas, lyman’s plugs, apex lures, flatfish, flashers with a worm.

PROSSER RESERVOIR:
Fishing at Prosser Reservoir has been good for smallmouth near the dam and trout near the inlets of Prosser and alder creeks. The lake level is low and the gate to the boat ramp is closed making boat launching difficult.

RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Powerbait, worms, kastmasters, panther martins, gitzit jigs, rebel crawdads.

SEASONAL Pyramid Lake:
Closed to fishing & camping indefinitely due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
