The Nevada Department of Wildlife is learning more about the state's growing moose population with help from ongoing projects by NDOW biologists and sightings reported by Nevadans.

In this week's Nevada Wild, Ashley Sanchez talks to NDOW Game Biologists Kari Huebner, Travis Allen and Cody McKee about the status of Nevada's moose population, the work they're doing to learn more, the importance of information from the public, how you can report a sighting and more!

Nevada Wild runs on 99.1 FM Talk in northern Nevada at 10 a.m. every Sunday morning. 99.1 FM Talk also streams Nevada Wild live online.
