The Lower D. on the Day stretch has still been producing nice trout on the dry dropper setup. Adding an egg pattern to your dropper for the next couple weeks will never hurt your chances either. For euro nymphing and under an indicator you can also pick up some trout in the slower riffles and back eddies. BWOs after a little rain can always happen and the trout are very opportunistic for these bugs.

For steelhead we have started fishing deeper tactics with heavier sink tips, with bigger darker flies. Stop in the shop for any help with where to access, on closures, which flies and styles we fish, and any other needs you may have.

We are all wishing you a happy holiday fishing season, be safe, layer up and tight lines.
