Look where we live! We are blessed to have such great fishing opportunities here along the shores of the Colorado River. Our local parks are well maintained by the city staff and the shore line at both Community Park and Rotary Park produce some great catches of both trout and a few of the stripped bass that our anglers like to target. This time of year there might not be as many of these stripers but some of our larger ones are know to cruse the area.

We have a great lake or I should say its Lake Mohave to explore which is close.  Lake Mohave also has some great shore fishing. This time of year our weather can be a bit harsh but we keep getting some nice breaks in the weather that allows some great out door activities. With the rainbow trout stocking going on now until march our local and visiting anglers are able to land a few of these trout. Which we have Del Pragnell with his limit of rainbow trout. He was fishing from shore in the Rotary park area using his favorite color of power bait. The trout that are stocked at our parks are supplied by the Willow beach hatchery. the crew at the hatchery do a super job on raising these fish and then getting them to us.
