Trout are hitting on the Sacramento River drifting egg patterns and pulling plugs .We hooked 17 trout and landed 12  today using light tackle and egg pattern .Water is clear and low but if you use light line and some great bait you'll have a successful day .Largest fish today was 20 inches .Area fished was the posse grounds and Caldwell park.Call got open dates 530/515/5951 remember I've been guiding since 1988 full time.
