River Was High & Fishing Was Slow

The Nestucca was high last weekend and fishing was slow as a result. It is fishable now and dropping. Should be in good shape through the weekend. Cold weather could make fishing challenging as fish might get lethargic, but there are fish and the opportunity to catch them throughout the basin.
