A lot of the grass is beginning to die off, but there's still some fish willing to bite the frog, buzzbait etc. The silversides are starting to show up as well, and are up in the remaining vegetation. Shouldn't be much longer for the open water boils start to happen. There has been a few bluegill, and red ear coming in on drop shot nightcrawlers in 15' to 20' of water in the back of cuts and coves. Anglers still getting visuals on some big blue cats, but no catches  were reported to the marina last week.
