Rainbow trout catches are being reported from the Willow Beach fishing pier. Spinners and night crawlers are good choices. Black bass anglers are targeting fish in coves north of the Cottonwood Basin. Soft plastics craws, bugs, and worms are the baits of choice. Watermelon, brown, and green pumpkin are popular colors. Striper boils have not been reported but are expected to pick up in the coming weeks near Davis Dam. Umbrella rigs are working well in the meantime.
