The Hat Creek valley received nearly a foot of snow, it may be a good idea to fish somewhere else for now. On cloudy days you can see some midges and Baetis hatching. When that does happen, look for fish to be sipping spinners in the mornings down on the flats. The Powerhouse Riffle will begin to see some larger fish stacking in, don't forget to use a Rubberlegs as this section regularly has Salmonfly larvae moving around in it.

Hot Flies:  TB Drowned Rusty Spinner, Rubberlegs, Sweet Pea Jigged Baetis, Pheasant Tails, Mercer's Missing Link, and Green Drakes
