The reservoir has been drawn down for the season and is quite low. Poole Cr. campground is closed for the season as is the KOA, but anglers can check with the Forest Service for open recreation areas. There should be lots of trout left over from the summer stocking, but anglers may find it difficult to access the reservoir due to snow on some roads.
Kokanee in Lemolo are considered trout and fall under the daily limit for trout of 5 per day, with only one of those measuring over 20 inches. Anglers can also retain Tiger Trout in Lemolo if they happen to catch one that migrated down from Diamond Lake.
