Hart Park anglers reported fair fishing for all species. Bass went for drop shot, Ned rigs, and jigs. A few crankbait fish were also reported. A beautiful five pound bass was reported by one of Bakersfield’s swimbait anglers. Catfish fell for cut baits, dip bait, and chicken liver, and bluegill ate redworms floated under a bobber.
