Saturday was another great day for ice fishing at the Wildhorse Fishing Derby. With over 500 entries, the trout were big and the payouts were bigger! If you missed it yesterday, you can still play today! Registration today is from 7am-11am and judging until 4pm.

Illipah Reservoir: The road into the lake has been plowed and in good shape
Angel Lake: The road to Angel Lake is closed for the winter and the lake is ice covered
Wild Horse Reservoir: Trout have been averaging 15 to 20 inches
Lamoille Creek: As of February 11, Lamoille Creek was flowing at 4.7 cfs
Cold Creek Reservoir: NDOW will begin rebuilding the fishery in spring or summer of 2022
Wilson Reservoir: No recent report but expect similar conditions as at South Fork
Kingston Creek: As of February 11, Kingston Creek was flowing at 2.7 cfs
Cleve Creek: As of February 11, Cleve Creek was flowing at 4.9 cfs
South Fork Reservoir: Anglers are warned to stay off the ice at South Fork
Steptoe Creek: As of January 28, Steptoe Creek was flowing at 1.9 cfs
Jakes Creek Reservoir (Boies Reservoir): Jakes Creek has approximately eight to 10 inches of ice
Cave Lake: The water levels continue to drop at Cave Lake
Ruby Lake NWR: Someone punched through the drift at the top of Harrison Pass, but it is still iffy to go over the pass
Owyhee River - East Fork: As of February 11, The East Fork of the Owyhee River near Mountain City was showing ice
Humboldt River: As of February 11, South Fork of the Humboldt was flowing between 10 and 15 cfs
Bruneau River: The Bruneau River is showing ice but expect flows around 20 to 25 cfs
