Fishing is fair throughout the river. Look for fast water habitat with boulders. Black drake mayflies should be hatching throughout the river.
Best fishing is near the town of Beatty. There is also plenty of public water along Sprague River highway. Remember, regulations have changed to a bag limit of one redband trout greater that 15 inches
