Trout fishing has remained good here with the unseasonably cool start to summer. Bass fishing has been fair but should start to improve with 90’s filling the extended forecasts. Trout fishing will taper off but until then, damsel and midge remain some of the better flies. Small spinners are finding both bass and trout and can be lots of fun on the right day this time of year. Surface fishing for bass around structure and along the shoreline can be excellent during low light periods.
