Kingston Creek is flowing well below normal and fishing is difficult except in the pools and on springheads. Small dry flies are the way to go here. As of September 16, Kingston Creek was flowing at 2.65 cfs which is about a third of normal.

Humboldt River: Flows on the South Fork of the Humboldt are very low
Angel Lake: Fair to good fishing for both rainbow and tiger trout
Cold Creek Reservoir: No recent report but expect trout fishing to pick up
Lamoille Creek: As of September 9, Lamoille Creek was flowing at 4.29 cfs
Wild Horse Reservoir: Water levels are below 50 percent
Comins Lake: Trout fishing should start picking up
Cleve Creek: As of September 16, Cleve Creek was flowing at a low 3.54
Illipah Reservoir: The lake level is still low due to irrigation but is slowly recovering
South Fork Reservoir: Surface water temperatures have dropped into the high 60’s
Jakes Creek Reservoir (Boies Reservoir): The water level is low and weedy
Ruby Lake NWR: Dry flies have been working well
Wilson Reservoir: Poppers can be effective during low light, still water conditions
