The bluefin were on the bite this morning with anglers hooking doubles about 12-20 miles out from Santa Cruz. There are blue fin from the Soquel Hole to Big Sur. The anglers are finding some mackrel near Capitola. Some anglers are trolling Nomads and Cedar Plugs and catching the blue fin as well. The halibut are still biting up the coast near 5 Mile and Davenport. The rock fishing was great today near Davenport. The weather was calm all morning but there was some wind in the afternoon.
