Water temperatures are still a little warm. Small Largemouth Bass bite is good. Some stripper action reported. Catfish bite is still really good. Popular baits right now are synthetic worms, anchovies and mackerel. We will be stocking trout in November.

Lake SkinnerStriped Bass: Small fish boils in the morning. Catfish: Active near the inlet and coves near the marina. People using chicken liver, anchovies and sardines. Largemouth Bass: Near tully areas and even near the shoreline. People have been using swim baits and worms. Bluegill: Slow but active near shorelines, pretty small ones being caught.
