Fishing on the North Fork Nehalem has remained slow and effort has been light. There was a small push of hatchery fish that came in on Sunday’s rain. The North Fork is a little low and clear, but still fishable. Although the majority of the hatchery run on the North Fork is winding down, there are some wild broodstock hatchery fish available that will continue to come in through March.
