Flows have been off and on in the aqueduct, and anglers often need to change tactics during no flow situations. The best bet during low flow has been to soak cut baits, jumbo live minnows, chicken liver, or dip bait for striper and catfish. Another good option has been to focus on largemouth with jigs, shaky heads, and drop shot. Darker colors have been working better in the dirty water.
