The boat ramp at North Shore Marina has been lowered into the water. Please review the Nevada Handbook of Boating Laws (https://assets.kalkomey.com/.../nevada-handbook-entire.pdf) to ensure you are abiding by all laws, rules, and regulations prior to launching your vessel at Lahontan. Additionally, for many boaters this is the time you are launching your vessel to test its readiness for the season. Please remember that it is important to carry self-rescue tools such as tow ropes and paddles in the event you need to self-rescue. As always, please boat responsibly. We plan to open the Silver Springs boat ramp when the water levels reach a minimum of 120,000 acre feet.
