Fishing for Brown trout, Kokanee and Rainbow trout has been fantastic the past couple of weeks. Summer has just begun and the fishing is going to continue to be excellent in the coming months. 

Lake Siskiyou and Whiskeytown have been where I have been fishing lately. Brown and Rainbow Trout have been on the bite at Lake Siskiyou and Kokanee at Whiskeytown. These fish are in great shape, fighting hard and ready for your BBQ. Various trolling methods ( spoon, plugs  dodgers an worns to name a few) have been the primary technique for landing these awesome fish.
