The Virginias are still kicking out lots of nice fish, anglers who are out in tubes or kayaks seem to be doing the best but there are still some fish being caught from the shoreline. Thomas Bouyants, Kastmasters and Hook Up Baits are all doing well for lures, for bait go with pinched crawlers, mice tails and inflated crawlers. Fly anglers are having some success with Twin Lakes Specials, Mayors Mini Leeches, matukas, soft hackles and zug bugs.
