Rod Size: 9ft #4 or #5 weights
Tippet Size: 3-5X
Leader: 9ft 4X
Best Techniques: Stripping streamers in the tube or under the indicator
Dries: Didn't see much up top, but maybe ant patterns
Nymphs: Mayfly and Caddis nymphs.
Streamers: Didn't matter, but maribou leeches were getting grabs.
No recent reports. I'll probably drag the tube up here at least once more before the season ends.

Owens River - Section 3 - Upper (above Crowley): Lots of bugs down near the mouth of the river where it enters Crowley
Owens River - Lower: Flows are bouncing around, and I expect it to stay that way until probably November
San Joaquin River-Middle Fork: Water temperatures are still very cold, and barely creep into the mid 50's most days
