The Metolius has been fishing good. Nymphing has been great with golden stones, girdle bugs, tailwater tinies, caddis, jigged leeches, and zebra midges. For dries you'll want some midges and some BWOs, although dry fly fishing has been a bit tough as of late. Big streamers are great for bull trout as are big balanced leeches and baitfish under an indicator. Don't forget the waters above Allingham bridge don't open until May 22 and don't forget those 2024 licenses!
