The trout fishing has been very slow, hopefully the upcoming plant breaths some life back into it.

Catfish can be found throughout the lake but the most action is typically at the west buoys. Lake Wohlford cats prefer cut mackerel, shrimp, or chicken liver.

Small to medium sized bass are being caught around structure. They respond well to swimbaits, crawdads, and dark colored plastics.

Crappie are being caught in decent numbers at the Crappie Float. Crappie are most often caught on mini-jigs or live golden shiners.
