The Nestucca is predicted to blow out on Wednesday and will probably remain high through the weekend, although it may green up by then. Once it does come back into shape there should be plenty of opportunity. The upper river may come back into shape sooner and there is ample bank access in the BLM recreation area. Check conditions before heading out. Fish are spread throughout the basin. Hatchery steelhead on the Nestucca are from wild broodstock and are available throughout the season.
