The Fall River continues to fish well. With the river below the falls opening up wednesday it should make some more room for people to spread out. Remember the fish at the hatchery and campground see the most flies so exploring some spots that aren’t so popular is a good way to find some less wary fish. Leeches, eggs, zebra midges, and small red rainbow warriors have been some of our recent favorites. Fish have also been taking BWOs, PMDs and even chubbys on top. A dry dropper setup with a small black chubby or similar terrestrial is a great way to approach the river this time of year.
