Bridgeport is also starting to get much more active with some good reports coming in from anglers trolling in the Rainbow Point area as well as bait fishing up in the channels. We also heard of some anglers who hammered the perch a couple days ago on jigs and lures. Most of the fish we’re seeing are in the 2 to 4 pound range with a few going over 5 pounds. Bait anglers are using pinched crawlers, mice tails, inflated crawlers and power bait and the trollers have been having some success with night crawlers, Thomas Bouyants, Kastmasters and Rapalas.
