The boat launch is not fully thawed out yet, but it should be accessible soon. Shore fishing is starting to pick up, with reports of some quality-sized rainbow trout being caught along the south shore.
Fishing PowerBait off the bottom remains the most popular and effective method. Kastmaster spoons are also a great option, allowing anglers to cover more water efficiently while walking the shoreline.
